Printed Per Florida law, though our operation isn't that big, at least this alleviates any questions.
It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section
828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive
reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian. An animal may not be determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after the consumer takes possession of the animal. A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites is not grounds for declaring a dog or cat unfit for sale unless the animal is clinically ill because of that condition." from Fla. pet law 528.29(9)Under Florida state law, in all cases, Seller retains the right to a second opinion by a veterinarian of her choice. The puppy must be made available for an examination by one of Seller's veterinarians, located locally in North FL. Seller must be provided with the name and phone number of Buyer's current veterinarian. Under NO circumstances may the puppy be euthanized within the first year without prior written consent from the Seller. Doing so will negate any obligation Seller may have to reimburse Buyer for the purchase price or for any veterinary costs.

This PUPPY is registerable with the Continental Kennel Club. due to the particular breed, this pup may also be registered with the IOEBA International Olde English Bulldogge Association and many other registries.
The BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale.
We, BetterBulldogs, agree to warranty this puppy for 90 days from the date of reservation from any illness that is genetically related. The Breeder, will replace the defective puppy with a puppy of comparable quality, as determined by the BREEDER, as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available. Full medical documentation must precede the return of the defective animal. The documentation must explicitly and singularly identify that the cause of the puppy's defect is genetically related. The results of this documentation is to be evaluated by a veterinarian of the BREEDER's choosing to confirm and authenticate the results provided by the BUYER's veterinarian. The findings and opinions of the BREEDER's veterinarian is to be considered the final and ultimate opinion. All transportation expenses involved in the return of the original puppy as well as the replacement puppy is the responsibility of the BUYER. We, the BREEDER, do not agree to compensate the BUYER for any veterinarian expenses.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery.
All veterinarian expenses resulting from this inspection is the responsibility of the BUYER.
All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs that are of sound structure and temperament and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.
We, the BREEDERS, require the BUYER to have the puppy inspected by a veterinarian of the BUYER's choice within 48 hours of the arrival of the puppy. If a condition, genetic or otherwise, is found, that is a major detriment to the puppy's long term health, the BUYER may return the puppy for a puppy of comparable quality, as determined by the BREEDER. The BUYER must make the seller aware of this discovery within 48 hours of the time that the BUYER receives the puppy. The replacement puppy will be delivered to the BUYER only after the defective puppy has been returned, and as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available. All transportation expenses related to the original puppy as well as the replacement puppy is the responsibility of the BUYER. The BUYER has five days upon the discovery of the above mentioned major and/or long-term health detriment to return the puppy to the BREEDER. Failure to return the puppy to seller within five days will be construed to reflect that the BUYER is satisfied with the puppy's health and absolves the BREEDER from any and all responsibility from that day forward for non-genetic illnesses or problems.
Our warranty does not cover hips. There are a few reasons that we exclude hips from our coverage.
1) Because of the angularity and frame structure of Bulldogs, a person could make the case that every bulldog (in theory) is dysplastic to a degree. Much of what could be clinically classified as Dysplasia via X-ray, has no negative impact on the dog in terms of discomfort or physical limitations and is a result of breed characteristics that are specified in breed standards.
2) There are factors other than genetics that contribute to Dysplasia. Including, but not limited to, the slope that a dogs lives on, the floor surface, the activities the dog participates in, etc.
Minor eye irritations are also not covered as they occur with almost every Bulldog today. Many of our Bulls have grown fully to adulthood with no abnormalities at all, but Runny eyes and Cherry eyes are common in breeds such as the Bulldog due the wrinkles and loose skin. To date, we have only had occasional runny eyes which is attributable to our weather and other external factors.
In the event of the sudden death of a puppy that we sell, due to genetically related circumstances, we agree to replace the puppy with a puppy of comparable quality, as determined by the BREEDER, as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available after the BREEDER receives a certificate of death issued from a licensed veterinarian. The certificate of death must say explicitly that the cause of death was related to an identified genetic condition. The results of this certificate are to be evaluated by a veterinarian of the BREEDER's choosing to confirm and authenticate the results. In the event any are chosen, all post-mortem procedures performed on the deceased puppy are the responsibility of the BUYER. All transportation expenses related to the replacement puppy are the responsibility of the BUYER. The BREEDER does not agree to extend this policy to puppies that die in a non-sudden manner. (i.e. from a condition that the BUYER had become aware of previously but elected not to return the puppy to the BREEDER for a comparable replacement within the specified period of time).
There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc.. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. Most Importantly, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy fit throughout it's normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.
The deposit amount of $500.00 is non-refundable and non-transferable if the BUYER defaults on the purchase of the puppy. There are no exceptions.

I agree to send updated and current pictures taken at least but not limited to regular three month intervals from the date of receipt of the puppy. I attest that I am at least 18 years of age and that this is to be considered a legal and binding contract between I the BUYER and the BREEDER.
I agree to mail the signed and dated contract to the BREEDER along with a copy of my driver’s license and the balance of the purchase price before the chosen puppy reaches six (6) weeks of age unless other arrangements are made, agreed upon and placed in writing upon this contract or deposit receipt. I understand that no animal will be transferred until the signed original of this contract has been received by the BREEDER.
The BUYER hereby agrees that neither he/she is purchasing this puppy to resell and that the BUYER is not, nor is acting, for a broker of dogs or puppies. This contract leaves open the fact that It may have been agreed to that the BUYER is purchasing this puppy to present as a gift. I the BUYER agree that if for ANY reason I become unable or unwilling to care for and/or cannot keep this animal that I will first contact the BREEDER. The BREEDER will have first option on the return of the animal. I will not under any circumstances place the animal in a shelter, pound, animal control facility, humane society, pet store, testing laboratory, or any other like establishment.
The BUYER agrees to allow the BREEDER a form of contact during the PUPPY'S lifetime, ie. telephone number, mailing address etc., so as to follow structure development to further success of the breeding program.
The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable and safely contained area for this puppy at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
No other guarantees are either expressed or implied other than what is written upon this document.
By copying, pasting and emailing this warranty, I acknowledge full understanding and agreement of this contract and reflect that I agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above. I understand that if the seller does not receive an email of this contract within seven days of the reservation of the puppy that I will forfeit any monies paid and the BREEDER may offer the animal for sale to other interested parties.
